General Terms

By accessing and using TRU, you confirm your agreement with, and binding to, the terms of service outlined below. These terms apply to the entire app and any communication between you and TRU.

Under no circumstances shall the TRU team be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising from the use or the inability to use the features of this app.

TRU will not be responsible for outcomes that may occur during the usage of our app. We reserve the right to inform you of changes in prices listed for errands.

License

TRU grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the app in strict accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Definitions and Key Terms

For clarity in this Terms of Service, the following terms are defined:

  • Cookie: A small piece of data saved by your web browser to remember information like your language preference or login information.
  • Company (TRU): Refers to TRU, responsible for your information under these Terms of Service.
  • Device: Any internet-connected device like a phone, tablet, or computer used to access TRU.
  • Service: The list of errands provided by TRU.
  • Third-party service: Advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide content or services we think may interest you.
  • Website: The TRU site, accessible via Trutech.app.
  • You: A person or entity registered with TRU to use the Services.

Restrictions

You agree not to, or permit others to, license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or commercially exploit the app or make the platform available to any third party. Modification, derivative works of, disassembly, decryption, reverse compiling, or reverse engineering of any part of the app is prohibited, as is any removal or alteration of proprietary notices.

Return and Refund Policy

We at TRU are committed to serving our customers with the right tasker. Taskers are thoroughly inspected and star-rated to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

If not satisfied, your money held in Escrow will not be released to the tasker, and following a thorough investigation, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. For refund requests or complaints, contact our customer service team at support@trutechapp with the email associated with your TRU account and the reason for the refund. We will promptly process your refund.

Account Deletion

TRU allows account deletion anytime by requesting us or directly from your dashboard. Upon deletion, access to errands and notifications will cease.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions remain TRU's property. We are free to use, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions without any credit or compensation to you.

Tasker’s Consent

By using TRU and registering an account, you agree to the terms making you eligible for compensation for every errand/service carried out. Remaining on the app is advisable to ensure payment for every errand and an increase in your star ratings.

Other Links

Our Terms of Service apply solely to errands listed on the app. Links to platforms not operated or controlled by TRU are not endorsed for content accuracy or opinions expressed. Engaging with such links means our Terms no longer apply. Third parties may collect information about you; please proceed with caution.

Cookies

TRU uses "Cookies" to identify visited areas of our website. Cookies store data on your device via your web browser. We use cookies to personalize content seen on our platform. Disabling cookies may affect your access to functionalities. We do not store Personally Identifiable Information in Cookies.

Violation To Our Terms of Service

TRU may terminate service provision or disable account access for violations of our terms, at our discretion, without prior notice. Changes to our Terms of Service will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

Updates to Our App

TRU may periodically update app features/functionalties, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, or upgrades. Updates may alter or delete certain features and functionalities. You agree to the implementation of updates as decided by TRU.
